It is with great regret, that we have to inform you of our clousure. British Land have advised us that they are not renewing our lease, and as such require vacant possession of the property. We have explored every option available to us, and sought legal advice. Due to the nature of the lease, British Land are able to take immediate possession of the property. We have negotiated with them to allow us a brief extension of time to remain, in order to ensure that we can liaise with and inform our customers, and so as of close of business – 7pm on Friday 26th January, Coco Bay shall cease to trade. They have already lined up a new tenant for the premises, and it would appear that this was done some time ago, however this was done without our knowledge. The new occupier is a nationwide company and are a better financial proposition for the centre. We are devastated at their decision, and having spent four and a half years building a loyal client base, want to thank each and everyone of you for your continued support and custom.
We are in the process of securing new premises, but unfortunately will no longer be based within Beaumont Shopping Centre. Due to the short notice received, we are unable to provide details of our new salon, as currently it is still in progress. We envisage a period of three to four weeks between the impending closure, and the opening of our new salon. As soon as we are able to, we shall update our website and FaceBook page with details of our new location.

What will happen to my Membership?
Your membership will be refunded on a pro rata’d basis – so you will only have paid for the period that you have utilised. Please let us know by Thursday 25th January how you would like to receive your refund; cash or card. If card please leave your card details with reception. All refunds will be processed no later than Monday 29th January.
What will happen to my Flabelos Course?
Your membership will be refunded on a pro rata’d basis – so you will only have paid for the period that you have utilised.
What will happen to my Sunbed Minutes?
Any unused minutes shall be transferred to our new salon, to be used at your leisure, with no time frame imposed.
(Any Unlimited courses that have been purchased, will be refunded on a pro-rata’d basis.)
I have a beauty appointment scheduled?
Any appointments scheduled up to and including Friday 26th January, will take place as normal. Any Appointments scheduled therafter will not be possible, however we shall liase with you to offer you an appointment at our new salon.
